I am extremely disappointed. Yesterday, my husband took our Alaskan dog in for a full haircut to this location and clearly told them to only trim one inch, as his coat was too long. Instead, they completely shaved him. His fur is uneven and patchy, and this is by far the worst grooming experience we’ve had. We’ve been loyal customers for over two years and have never had an issue until now. I also added a note asking that he be fully blow-dried, since the last two visits he was still damp when we picked him up. I sincerely hope that request didn’t lead to this unacceptable decision. This type of dog depends on their coat to regulate temperature, shaving it can be harmful for him😭😭😭
