All the workers on today around six repeatedly ignore my mother rolled their eyes at her and treated her as if she was the biggest annoyance ever. She scanned for crickets and one person who came over said you need to wait I am so busy and shoved a scrawled on post it in her face and stormed off. Let alone when some one finally helped after about 20 minutes someone else approached the guy and asked if they could get help finding something when he was done helping my mother and the worker said they are all right there are you blind. This is out of control some of your workers need serious retraining as this is out of hand.
Asked the cashier to call someone for crickets waited 20mins and ended up finding someone myself.
The trainer Sarah is the best! She worked so well with our Aussie and made each class special for all the dogs. Just finished our second round of training and will be back to get ready for her good citizen test.
They have so many unnatural fish decorations, they keep Bettas in cups, they don’t take out dead fish, they have so many goldfish in one tank, they don’t help the sick fish, they don’t have saltwater fish, and they they can’t answer fish questions.
