FirstBarkHi this isn't something I normally do but the customer service I received from Bianca was outstanding! She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I asked alot and no matter how many questions she continued to help and make suggestions. I have only been to this location twice and both times she was exceptional. She is the definition of customer service!!

Enter the store to get a goldfish they have like 20 goldfish in a tank the lady ask me the size of my tank and I answer it's 30 gallons, so she replied I can't have a goldfish in a 30 gallon aquarium but they have 20 fishes in 15 gallons tank. Totally absurd.
We are training our Goldendoodle puppy. We have been to two classes and the instructor is excellent. We do the classes at the end of the merchandise aisles, so each pet and owners are isolated. That really works.

I really recommend training classes here especially with Taylor as the trainer! Me and my dog Remy have completed every single class they have to offer! We have learned so many valuable things from each class. Taylor is so helpful, friendly and professional. She is very understanding of each dog and their needs. When we first started my dog was very shy and unsure of other people but now he will roll onto his back for Taylor to pet him. And if I ever have a question or need advice she is always willing to talk to me after class. Totally worth the time!

We love coming here for training! We have been working with Taylor since August and our puppy, Lucy, absolutely loves coming to class. We have learned so much through the courses and have had a lot of success with training. Taylor's guidance and welcoming personality really helps makes the experience worth it, and helps us as dog owners to be the best we can for our pupparoo. She graduated beginner and we are excited for what the intermediate program has to offer. Lucy always loves coming to see Taylor, as well, and we are grateful for her support and assistance. Definitely recommend!!
