PetSmart Dog Training

Brandon the manager on Saturday 6/17/23 is a poor example of a leader. I was outside of my return policy and ask them to make an exception I had about $50 worth of items on my in my cart and wanted to do a food exchange for the same price ($20). Brandon said no there was no exceptions that he could do nothing, no empathy, and arrogant and dismissive. I told him that I spend a lot of money there and I was asking him to make it a courtesy exchange. I did not want a refund, he refused and told me to go basically go away (have a good day) several times I told him it made me not want to buy any of the products I had in my cart, and he immediately came over the counter and started removing the items from the cart.🤯 I told him that was very rude and he lacked customer service skills as well as just cost Petsmart a customer and that the pet supply store that recently opened down the street just gained a new customer. He told me again to have a good day and was dismissive. What’s even sadder is that the original store cashier that was checking me out who was about 18 years old witnessed all this and probably thinks this is an appropriate way to treat longtime customers. Very poor example of leadership. I will not return there and have told everyone else that I know not to go there either and told them about Brandon. Brandon is costing Petsmart money.
