My experience the other day deserves 0 stars, but I truly enjoy coming to this location until this experience. I was totally appalled at Diane’s comments and attitude toward a coworker while we were there. Unhappy with how someone made a mistake, she bad mouthed and disrespected her coworker in front of us nonstop until our transaction was complete. On top of that, she made wildly inappropriate comments about the coworkers body IN FRONT OF US. The manager should have not allowed this kind of conversation to happen in front of customers but something tells me this is a common occurrence with her. Usually we try to avoid any interaction with Diane, but this was unavoidable. I’m shocked she still has a job for the way she was speaking to us and about her fellow colleagues and I feel horrible for anyone who has to deal with her verbal abuse.
