Worst experience here with their grooming salon. They “Aliyah” Refused to provide an appointment for my dog, called them and was told that they are fully booked, then she put me on hold and said they were very busy. She kept toggling back and forth and she was only answering the line that I was on..? She said the next appointment is “2 weeks” out so I decided to make a reservation on their website and guess what, they had an opening for the same day within the hour??? When I arrived she asked in a “condescending manner” “oh so you guys still made an appointment online?” I said yes and you guys don’t seem busy at all? She stormed into the grooming area with my dog and I was wondering what she doing? I think she went in to speak with one of her colleagues to see if they can find a reason not to provide any service. Aliyah your customer service skills are really bad and bias. I think your customer service and possibly any other service you provide on behalf of petsmart should be carefully reviewed. This isn’t they first time you’ve done this and when a customer asks for your name over the phone you shouldn’t give them a name for someone that doesn’t even work their like “Michelle”.
