I took my dog for hair cut and bath, he poop himself during the hair cut, and instead of cleaning him up they delivered him all dirty on the legs and butt, plus he has cut on his front right knee. My wife and ended giving him a bath when we got home. I will never take him to that grooming service again
Grooming department is really bad they charge me for deluxe package for my dog they didn’t even deshed her left her nails long and I still tip worst experience ever …

The actual training experience was great, up until our trainer moved. I have been extremely frustrated with the lack of communication from the store and have even shown up 2x for class only to be told the class wasn't happening and that someone would be contacting me. I no longer even want to participate but when I call the store and select the prompt to speak w training dept I'm given an invalid number message. Tried zero, but it either just rings or the 1 time someone answered they hung up on me! So now I guess I have to go in person just to cancel. Another wasted trip.
My dogs have all attended training classes here and have excelled. I am always complimented on their behavior when strangers meet my dogs. The trainers are friendlt and passionate and make sure to help whenever you need it. Even after we completed classes, I felt comfortable asking them questions and for tips to conrinue. Definitely recommend!
