Terrible management. It has gone downhill. They lock their doors before 9pm. I asked for the manager on duty to please come to the door after a young girl came to tell me we are closed. The manager said he pulled the till already prior to 9pm and it would take at least 10 mins to boot the register up to be ready to use. I told him I just needed some crickets. That's all. He said he couldn't do anything. I went to my car very frustrated in how they closed before hours. I had a friend called me as I was walking back to my car so I did not leave right away and sat in car talking. As i was talking on the phone I looked up and saw the same manager pull the till as i was talking on the phone. I couldn't believe it and looked at the time and it was 8:59pm. I do not have words to describe how that made me feel to be lied to because he was lazy to let me come in for one thing. Who knows how long this has been going on in closing early. Not cool Petsmart. It really sadness me how quality of service has gone down hill in this company around these parts at store level. Petsmart you can do better then this.
