We bought a hamster and a cage along with supplies for the hamster. The last cage of its size that be bought looked as if it had been open. We bought a hamster and a cage along with supplies for the hamster. The last cage of its size that be bought looked as if it had been open. We asked about the cage and were insured that all of the pieces were in it and it was not damaged. Upon returning home and building the cage, we noticed pieces to hold the cage together were broken off. I called the store and asked if we could exchange the cage and the employee stated that we couldn’t return the same night and advised us that the hamster will chew through the box he was transported in. We live about 5 min minutes from the store and asked if they could stay an extra 2 or 3 mins past to make the exchange. We were told to rig the broken cage until the next morning. I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service at this store and will not be returning.
Trainers at PetSmart go through a three-week course to learn how to be a trainer. That is no pet trainer! Do not go there!
The staff at this PetSmart are always nice and helpful and my dog is always excited to come to training with the trainer Courtney. She’s very attentive and helpful with and really loves her job. The space for training is very accommodating and not cramped. This place is very much Disneyland for dogs and other pets
