Pathetic service I guess that’s why you have a 2.0 rating. Long line on cashier and only one lane open. Where is the manager hiding? Absolutely disgraceful. You never see this at petco
Bought a engraving tag, went to machine, needed help. One lady we asked said " I am feeding the animals". She was snappy to other customers. But thanks for the patient cashier, cute, nice, willing to help. 75 and I just had a question. She was excellent. Next time I go i will get her name. Older blonde woman, animal feeder, she shouldn't interact with customers, ever.
I just walked out of your store on federal highway at 1pm Feb 9th 2025. Why is it that customer service here is less than adequate? Your customers are waiting in line and with 1 register open and employees that are not saying hi or being friendly and walking past us not acknowledging anyone and just browsing the shelves and walking off? Maybe that can only move slowly?

Just left the grooming place at this store and I am very unhappy with the level of service I have experienced. I have 2 dogs and have been using this location for little over 4 years. Always very professional and amazing service for my pets. This morning I went to have my little chiwawa nails cut and had very bad experience. This young lady tall skinny with glasses that I have never seen before came back from the back room from the start looks like she wasn't happy to be at work. She never ask me anything about my pet just what I need to have done. Than she told me to put the pet on floor all good than she start playing with her back and she doesn't like it so I told her but she keeps ignoring me and rolling her eyes to the other girl. Very unprofessional and childish. Than she ask me to go outside which I did 5 minutes later or so she calls me back inside to the store and very short unprofessional way said it's not going to happen. Obviously she is not.very good with pets and definitely zero custumer service skills. I know that this will not change anything but just so everyone knows to avoid her. We definitely not going back.
