Scheduled grooming for my Keeshond. The breed has a dense heavy double layer coat. My in particular has a course and kinky coat. The groomer examined him upon arrival. Noted visible matting which I was also aware of. I knew this would take her awhile. It always does. He’s a job I get it! I get a call not 30 minutes later saying he can’t be groomed. Based on the conversation the groomer seemed unfamiliar with my dogs hair coat. So I just turned the car around to go get him. Total waste of time. Sounded like someone didn’t want to do her job today.
