I was picking up my cousin’s dog Tucker today at 2pm and I had to wait about 50 minutes for them to bring out Tucker, which there were only one other customer and they were not busy at all and when I brought it up to the staff, they were very careless specially, the person who brought Tucker out finally after I ask her what was the reason and she responded rudely and she said they were busy with something going on back there. I would not recommend petSmart at this location to friends or anyone.
