I have signed up online twice to get my dog groomed. The first time I signed up for the waitlist spot, which was there was not a lot information available about what that meant, and was canceled after I had left the house to drive the 15 minutes it takes me to get there. The 2nd time, I signed up with a person’s name. This person ended up being a trainee, no information about that at the time, that cannot do haircuts without an actual groomer there. They called to cancel 5 minutes before my appointment time, so as I was sitting in the parking lot. The whole reason I go there was because I could sign up online, but they apparently do not know how the use this system correctly.
