Not luxury at all the African American lady is rude no understanding to your challenges in this none place they call luxury the security is a no issues all around and inside the units consistently I been here since March and I have had to complain constantly I thought it was just me but it’s the entire other 50 residents that have gotten bamboozled to sign leases here I repeat DONT MOVE HERE ITS ALL LIES !!! Living on the street might be a better option because all you will get here is a roof over your head I have so much more to say but I will just keep warning you all before you get messed up coming here the pictures are lies even the smile introduction coming to the front office don’t be fooled we all can’t wait for the year to be over already to where we should be doing a class action law suit!!! It’s that bad

I just had the worst person ( Esmeralda) grind my puppies nails. My dog gets scared and shakes when he goes and I told her that. He won’t bite just take his foot back. She was YELLING at him and I was right there. I told them to give my dog back and that nobody has ever yelled at him there before. They are always nice and talk sweet to him with no problems. She thought she was funny by saying have a great day when she handed him to me. He didn’t finish his nail grind and I won’t be returning there again.
