FirstBarkNever coming here again. I come to pick up my dog and you tell me 1 minute and begin to cut and groom other dogs and ignore me. Stood here for 10-15 minutes while you could’ve gotten my dog. Horrible service, no customer service. Absolutely horrible no wonder people get pissed

I did 2 classes and while ago with my schnauzer. Then my daughter dis 4 classes and about to do the tri k learning class. The trainer there now is fabulous
The first time I couldn't even get an appointment. Last time I had his nails trimmed,it was an hour wait.Set up appointment a few days earlier for a nail trim.had to bump it ahead a few days because they charge an additional 5$ on a 22$ charge for a nail trim on weekends& holiday…Read full reviewClose full review

Last time I had his nails trimmed,it was an hour wait.Set up appointment a few days earlier for a nail trim.had to bump it ahead a few days because they charge an additional 5$ on a 22$ charge for a nail trim on weekends& holidays. I walk in,they tell me I'll have to wait 10 minutes to talk to someone out on the bench.15 minutes later,an older woman walks in the door,talks to someone immediately,drops off her dog,and leaves.i walk in realizing they apparently are helping people now.(No one came out to tell me they were ready.) And they tell me it will be a 2 hour wait. Rescheduled when I was there,but cancelling now. I drove down the street to So fetch grooming and got helped immediately. PetSmart has permanently lost my business.
