Avoid the grooming department . My dog is a Australia shepherd and we paid $150.00 haircut, nail trim, and the works among additional stuff. Her coat was choppy and uneven not to mention when we got home we noticed her pack paw had blood and I'm assuming it was from a bad nail trim. This location is awful please don't bring your pets here for grooming the job was done horrible. I'm not even joking it looks like a 10 year old ran some scissors it's that bad. When I told the groomer to do some extra cutting on one of her back paws I steeped out because it's required. When I steeped out I saw thru- the window and the groomer was verbally aggressive with my baby i saw her face and reaction!! 😠 When we got home my dog wasn't playful as her usual self and that made me feel so guilty. i should've tooken her to pooch at her regular spot in updown Dallas,this have not happened to her . Corporate needs to step in and do better . Please avoid this place for grooming not worth it
