I drove 45 minutes to this location only to be told upon arrival that their AC was not working and that I needed to reschedule my appointment. This should have been communicated ahead of time. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. On top of that, a previous visit with my other dog resulted in an ear infection shortly after. Overall, I’m very disappointed in the quality of care and service at this place. Expensive, smells inside, don’t come here.
They don't do walk ins as they advertise.
