PetSmart Dog Training

Horrible horrible service today dealing with Jordan , I’ve been coming to oetsmart grooming since I purchased my fur baby in July of 2024 and it has since been issues at both cotton lane and dysart location , Ive had only a 1 good service and that was with a lady named shadow at the cotton lane location , however my pups visit was not great today at all for neither me or him , 1 being Jordan blew me up at work adding on “ dematting fees “ and also calling back to say to say he added on another $10 for a special care for my dog being he “ scratched him “ and was barking , however shadow nor Dusart location has been through however I understand these fees and frustrations but that does not mean be a jerk or simply give off attitude and expect to receive respect in return , also i i find it very disturbing that your grommets think it is ok to tell people they go through two weeks of training to become a dog groomer through petsmart , that to me is NOT enough time to learn patience or anything other than grooming for pups such as “ mine “ however can I have someone higher up of the cotton lane location to contact me on this be half ASAP thank you

Well this Petsmart grooming just lost my business. I specifically told the person grooming my Pappillon NOT to touch her ears. It took us 8 months to grow them from a different groomer that didn't listen to me. Well, this one didn't listen either and took it upon herself to cut them anyway because otherwise she would "look funny". NOT YOUR DECISION TO MAKE. We had discussed upon arrival AND it was in the notes NOT TO TOUCH THE EARS. Who do you think you are to make decisions on my dog. The ONLY reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is the manager felt terrible and refunded the entire amount. Now I have to wait another 8 months for the hair to grow. Thanks alot!
