FirstBarkVery poor communication and management. My dog had a 9am appointment today, we show up to be told grooming closed due to plumbing issue. No call to let us know. Another lady and dog standing there also not called. This is the second time they have canceled one of my appointments and not contacted me.

They did a great job. Toodie is hard to clip because she hates being groomed, but as you see ,she looks great.

Absolutely awful communication on behalf of the groomers. I called yesterday to make an appointment. The lady on the phone told me if I can take my dog to get his rabies shot that day then I’d be able to bring him at 11 the next day for a bath and cut. I wasted my time driving out here to be told that there has to be a 48 hour wait after getting the shot for them to do the grooming. That’s not what I was told on the phone. I was told to get his shot yesterday, then bring him today. Huge inconvenience for me this is the latest we could get him cut. Shame on them for not telling me he had to wait after his shot. Poor customer service. Never coming to this location again.
