Cancelled my appointment the day of due to a reason that could have been addressed a month ago when I booked it. It's my dog adoption birthday and I can't make another appointment anywhere. My dog had already been there before for a nail trim and as far as I know wasn't any trouble. Apparently they won't take a senior dog for a hair appointment on the weekends, who knew? The woman who I assumed was manager because the phone was handed over, handled me and didn't listen, not even an apology only an excuse for something that was not brought to my attention until it was too late. Thanks Harbison PetSmart for ruining my one time of spoiling my dog to a fancy cut I have been doing myself for years.
Have been calling the store for over and hour and a half and still have yet to have the phone picked the phone.
