They are always very nice to me my dog and always if they did anything wrong they are always willing to correct it right away. If you felt like everything wasn't what you asked for at all right away they would be very nice about it and ask you what is it that you wanted in the first place. Then right away address the things they did do so they can start to correct everything you do want and if the entire grooming experience with your dog wasn't what you wanted or just couldn't come to any agreement then next grooming is free. They are absolutely 💯 on making sure you & your dogs experience before dropping off your dog while leaving your dog for grooming then picking up your dog once done seeing you happy seeing your dog smile while all nice & clean. They always make sure you're absolutely happy with your results of your 🐕 or pets grooming you asked for.

Will not be using PetSmart again. Appointment was 05-09-2022 at 11. I was told it would take three hours, which seemed like a long time for a 6lb. Yorkie puppy, but I went with the time frame since it was my first time and I am a first time dog owner. My puppy wasn’t ready until 5 pm. No apology. No explanation. I discovered from my pet owner daughter and son-in-law that the grooming was lacking. The puppy’s sanitary area didn’t appear groomed to them; I couldn’t tell as (again) this is my first dog. I called and spoke to whomever answered and explained. I was transferred to someone else, who didn’t identify herself. She challenged my concerns and when pressed how this could be resolved said I could bring my puppy in for a re-trimming at no cost. She never explained or even apologized for the additional wIt time. To be totally candid — at this point in the conversation I was so frustrated that I told her that I’d never use PetSmart again.
