PetSmart Dog Training

Because of a bad comment from the PetSmart staff about my dog, now no store wants to accept him. I always feel disrespected when they refuse to bathe my dog. They used to serve him before, and there was never a problem. But once, my dog ​​lay down and wouldn't let them bathe him. Now, they've put a system in place indicating that my dog ​​doesn't let them bathe him. That's not true; maybe it was just that one person who didn't know how to treat him well, and they banned me. Anyway, I'm not going back. What a lack of professionalism!

I am over the moon regardless the outstanding service I've received over the years! My pup is not the easiest groom being a Pharaoh Hound. She's fussy. She has extremely long talon like nails and she hates the blow dryer. Triple no bueno! These amazing groomers have given me and my pup the experience needed to overcome the scardy-groom and we just love you!
