Customer service is not good

Fine enough store. They only carry 3 types of Hills Science Diet dog food, though. (Excluding prescription foods) If you're looking for something in that brand, don't even bother shopping this location. Petco carries more options. Clean, light staffing while here. No other complaints.

The staff at Petsmart's aquarium department are rude and try to control what type and how many fish customers can buy. They lack experience and only have book knowledge. For example, I recently asked to buy four Chinese Algae Eaters for my 55-gallon tank, but she would only let me buy one, otherwise, she wouldn’t sell them to me. Do you think she is being reasonable?

This is a great place the things i come in for are 99.9% in stock and on the shelf. The employees are as friendly as they have to be as to be expected. I have a short hair Dobby so i have never had to use the services and fish are cool when there not mine.

Janise is an excellent dog trainer/teacher. She turned my anxiety ridden silky terrier into a confident obedient puppy! Highly recommend her classes.
