HORRIBLE service & attitude. Avoid this grooming location at all cost. Took my dog for a bath & brush and was told they get in trouble for doing the services listed on the website such as anal gland expression, feet trim, anal area trim, face cleaned, ears cleaned. Was told we have to request it all the services listed within the description of the service. How ridiculous! Everyone in the department needs customer service skills. I would NEVER trust my pet with any of them. I’m shocked at the “fight” in the grooming team and how ready to argue they were. We went to the front to speak to leadership and when done, another lady was there to complain about the same thing. How sad. Been a Petsmart customer for over 30 years here in SA. Never again. I am so worried that my dog was treated just as bad. I wish there was a zero star option.
