We had signed up my mom’s puppy for beginners training at the niskayuna PetSmart . They went to the first class , in which the trainer told my mom’s puppy I sorry you won’t go above what you got today . After that my mom had to cancel one session due to her working overtime, but after that each week session was canceled trainer had surgery , following week she went out of town. And they refused to refund her money for it . I am not sure what the full story is but thank gosh my mom found a really awesome trainer that got Owen trained and now he’s in his way to being a great search n rescue dog an he’s only 7 months old. If the trainer wasn’t gonna be accessible she should have refused the classes or made classes unavailable. She wasn’t the best communicator or professional in our eyes.
