FirstBarkThis PetSmart is very nice. They have a lot of super cute kittens for adoption in the weekends. However, the young lady at the cashier was very rude to a senior customer who asked for help. It was very upsetting.

I'm done with this store. I will never shop here again. The worst customer service. After waiting 20 mins in a 2 person line. A petsmart employee came and opened another register. She asked for the next person in line and the person fro. The people back of my original line went there. I told the new line and cashier I was next in line..she told me I would have to wait for another cashier..and she was going to help the people that waited 10mins. Unexceptable customer service...I give them 100s of dollars a month in business..now gone..never felt so disrespected..
