Usually the staff is enthusiastic about getting your pet what they need and with a smile! Management should remember in our communities we almost lost all pet stores! Now we have employees from our communities that tolerate the obnoxious environment in a pet environment and the investors and individuals in charge of employees and their business of keeping things going should remember not burning your staff by a scripted "HI WELCOME TO PETSMART, especially the register cashier? Come out of your cubicle and say the pitch on a register for one 6 hour shift since it's all some younger workers are getting these day's?
