Excellent service and attention to detail. The staff is very friendly and does a high-quality job. The groomers are very patient with the dogs and it's clear they love their work. Victor and Leah always have a smile on their faces. They're wonderful people, and the cashier is a sweetheart. I'll definitely be back whenever I can.

Very rude Made an appointment online for a cut bathe and nail trim I arrived I was told she needed a grooming and I asked isn't this what I schedule I was told no asked if they could just cut her I was told no gave me an appointment 3 weeks out a waste of time and money ended up booking with Pet Spa and Retreat best decision I could've made
