This particular locations management and groomers are above and beyond customer service. I have had my dogs groomed by mobile groomers and another locations and will never take them anywhere else. One of my dogs became ill while in thier care, not even certain it had anything to do with them, they paid for an emergency vet visit and cut my dog's hair for free. One of the employees offered to drive me to the vet so that my wife could stay and get my other two dogs when they were finished this commitment to the health and well-being of their charges makes PetSmart my go to all my dog needs. The people at this location are top-notch and if you take your dogs anywhere else....... you're missing having them groomed by people that genuinely care and put customers ahead of profits!
