PetSmart Dog Training

I signed up for beginner classes for my 5 month old puppy on Thursdays at 11:00am. First class the instructor Jenny was a “no-show”! Store associate said she had an appointment, however I did not get a call regarding this conflict. 2nd Thursday I show up. We are the only ones there. Jenny has no contact with my pup. She is stand off and not personal. We decide we would change to Mondays at 3:30pm so my pup could get some interaction with another puppy. I show up, and guess what?? Another NO-SHOW!!! I find an associate and she says the instructor called in today.. great! I did not get a message about this. Clearly this trainer doesn’t want or care about this job. If Petsmart is going to offer training they need to stand behind that service. Slipping thru the cracks for sure!!

Lots of great dog groomers here except Fernando, whatever you do don't let this guy touch your dog. Brought our mini schnauzer pup in for a haircut Tried to charged us full price and never cut her hair, he said she didn't like the clippers. I have bathed, clipped her nails and trimmed her but w no problem. If you can't handle a 8lb puppy you should find another profession. Either way don't try to charge people for not doing your job. Manager on duty was nice and waived bill.
