Today I went in petsmart today to get some fish I went and asked for some help because I decided what fish I wanted. When I walked away mom people walked up. Instead of the petsmart girl asking who asked for help. She just starts helping them when I'm the one who asked for help. It took so long my brine shrimp melted and I'm highly pissed I had to wait that long. Way to treat a new customer. I'm going to petco.

Very poor customer service. No smiles and annoyed when I stepped in because they don't know hermit Crabs are not easy pets that can be kept in a tiny critter keeper. Also acted like it was a big deal when I asked about certain fish.
