I used to think that Pet Smart was awesome. However in adding some of their tech, they have downgraded customer service. Instead of sending you a reminder for picking up your order, they just cancel it. Sometimes if you pick up, they forget to come out to your car after you notify them of your arrival. Delivery has not worked out either as things get delivered to the wrong place and then you don’t get your items. 🤬🤬🤬
