PetSmart Dog Training

Jon is a dog whisperer! He can handle ANY dog, age or breed. He knows just what to do for barking, training basic and extensive commands, bringing a dog out of his/her shell, socializing, you name it! He can handle the task. If I could give Petsmart Dog Training with Kai a ZERO I would. I have never seen or been in any class environment in my life with a leader who is so rude and arrogant. She favors dogs who are weak and hide under the chair and she makes dogs leave the room if they bark. There was no friendliness about her. First off the class didn't do anything for my dog. He already knew everything she taught. He didn't learn one thing. When I signed up in person and told "the manager" my dog already had 3 personal training sessions and could walk on a leash heal and look at me, sit with a hand signal or the word sit, drop it, leave it, go, wait, and I demonstrated these commands in front of him he than suggested the next level of training after puppy training. So i sign up not knowing it's beginner. I was quite upset and Kai could have said I can see Rocky doesn't need my training let's move him to intermediate instead she treated him like he was not their and spent no extra time with him. The two other people they're had already known her and she favored them. When I arrived today for 2nd day I shopped 1st and had my hands full and my dig and walked to the back of the store to start training I noticed a other lady from the class walk away from me. This lady didn't like me foe some reason which was rude and our dogs did but she walked away. Weirs right! Than Kai walked up snatched my dogs leash and pulled him away from another dog and said "Never let him go up to another dog without permission." Class had not atarted and I didnt appreciate her tone. Than I said I cant pull my dog back my hands are full. Where can I set my stuff down and anothet girl helped me KAI disappeared and a manager took me aside and said we are not going to gave you continue its not a good fit. As I am walking to the front I notice Kai gossiping with the lady and her barking dog. It was the most immature unprofessional ridiculous childish behavior I have ever seen in my life. Kai needs to learn how to deal with smart dogs too. She seems to go.out of her way to be rude, watch the clock and ignore already trained dogs. I highly recommend you go elsewhere for dog training.
