FirstBarkIf I could give you guys a zero I would…. don’t take your dog to the groomer I took my 5 month old Shih Tzu puppy there they butchered the hair around his ears …. Very uneven and on top of that they shaved him to his skin including his tail I’m very very upset you guys should be ashamed to call yourself groomers !!!!!!!!!!! worst place EVER!!!!!!!!

I just love the store and the staff they’re like family
Terrible service....I've been calling for 2 hours and they still don't answer their phone....after 5 minutes....the wait system hangs up on me...and I have to call again and still they don't answer
Terrible grooming services. Failed to inform me of paperwork necessary for appointment. Arrived for appointment and waited 20 minutes before being acknowledged then checked in and denied. Customer service is dead.
