Went in yesterday. First time having an associate giving unsolicited advice about my children possibly hurting my dog.
My puppy was in my arms the entire time and for this associate to came up to me and my family at the register to tell me she wouldn’t allow my kids to hold the leash because they could possibly kill the dog by tugging too hard. She came across very rude and a know it all. I understand looking out for the safety of the animals but my pet was safe in my arms. I left upset and not wanting to come back.
