Absolutely frustrating! My dog had a grooming appointment and was denied service because he had a potty accident in the cage. This was his first time at this location and I’m sure he was just nervous. Grooming takes hours depending on how busy they are. So how do they expect pets not to release themselves during the visit. Stay away from this location if possible. I’ve never had any problems at other locations. Very disappointed! P.S speaking with the manager only fueled my frustration.
