Jane, named after the stone <3 was put angel this evening helping to find the right items needed for my 7months old cat Dante🥺🤍she was the only employee I could find in the floor after actively looking for one for like 5 mins.. her voice was so sweet, and she explained the details of every product she recommended…so long since the last time I felt so welcomed and cared for in the customer services field..a remark of our conversation was me telling how sad I feel he has to go through this so I’m trying to follow post surgery set by set and she said “oh no worries you have come to the right place” <3
Pets smart are very respectful staff that really care for all animals and can train. You dog with behaviors.and ate ready with right answers for all your questions very willing to help....
