FirstBarkTook Charlie for dog training and our trainer Franklyn was wonderful. We took all of Franklyn's classes and learned so much from him. He's very easygoing and the dogs love him.

Good service
It’s fine but customer services could be a little better.
Absolutely do not take your pet to this disgusting establishment for grooming. They don’t clean stations in between and there are gross dirty clumps of pet fur left on the tablet between pets. Staff are rude, groomer was over 30 minutes late. No apologies, they just let me stand there…

We brought our dog, Parker, to PetSmart for Beginning Dog Training unsure of what to expect and we have been pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Our trainer, Olivia was excellent and all of the dogs in the class made significant progress under her guidance. The experience has been so good and our dog has learned so much that we signed up for the Intermediate and Advanced classes with Olivia at the Atlantic Ave location.
