Im so disappointed with these guys. Policy must have changed because I scheduled my dogs nail trimming and when I get there I was told that my dog cant be muzzled, he is fine once he gets back but is scared at first. I choose to muzzle him for everyone's safety. But that didn't matter. If you have a little dog that is mouthy or shows any type of aggression, dont go here. I will never shop at pet smart again. Lost me as a customer.
