PetSmart Dog Training

If I could give this store a 0. I would definitely just do that. I had an appointment for my kitten at this location. My appointment was canceled via text message 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment at 10am. I was already on my way to the appointment within 5 minutes. I get ahold of the store and the situation just got worse. The manager there has no interpersonal skills, no good decision making skills, and no critical thinking skills. That manger there needs to go to basic training of fundamentals in customer service. This manager was not apologetic, showed no empathy for my inconvenience, and did not offer a solution to my matter. She lied and said the power was out and the team had reached out from their personal cellphones. That is inaccurate information. I will be taking this matter to the corporate office.
