PetSmart Dog Training

I’ve been here many times for the same reason, two trims and two grinds for both of my dogs. However, during today’s visit, I was informed that I would only be charged for two trims, as the grinds were not possible to perform. I’m like okay. The first picture shows that my dog’s nails were not cut, despite the grooming room staff claiming that they were finished. This incident exemplifies poor customer service from the two ladies in the grooming room. The male groomer on the other hand, was very professional and attentive to my daisy. When the groomers walked my dog out, I noticed that my dog’s front nails were still untouched. I was present throughout the entire visit. The first groomer worked on the back legs and asked the other groomer if she could hand her the quick stop. I inquired about the purpose of it, as I had previously researched it online and understood it to be used to stop bleeding. However, the groomer informed me that it was not intended for that purpose. This discrepancy in information is concerning and raises questions about the accuracy of the grooming services provided. The groomer became defensive when I asked her about the quick stop, which further escalated the situation. I am deeply disappointed with today’s experience and urge customers to exercise caution when dealing with these particular groomers. They may not be fully committed to their duties and may attempt to charge for services that were not fully fulfilled. . First pic is to show that it was not cut and second is my dogs back paws. I must highlight that even an employee questioned the staff if they cut the front paws. So upsetting.thank god to the other staff that assisted with ending the visit with proper customer service.
