PetSmart Dog Training

Unless you really know NOTHING about dogs, it's a waste of time and money. I was suggested to take my dog to the beginner class, even though I told the trainer that my dog already knows the basics and the only thing we wanted to address was his leash reactivity. The trainer said he would come to this topic in one of the sessions, but it turned out to be just a readout of his handbook. Every session was around 50 minutes long, and for the first 40 minutes, we were just sitting there listening to him read out some pages of his handbook. Nothing you can't find on Google.

My dog originally had an appointment around thanksgiving and was denied service because they felt that he was too much. The entire time that I was in there, there was a woman who didn’t look happy because my dog was there. My dog is a golden doodle and has a lot of energy. I dropped him off and they immediately called me and said that they couldn’t take him. The next time I took my dog, I spoke with katelyn. I let her know about the situation and his condition before coming in. I made plans with my job, and I am also pregnant. Once again, I wasted my time and energy because they immediately turned him away again. My appoint was at 4:30 and they didn’t close until 8. They stated that they didn’t have enough time. I took my dog to Eldorado pet grooming where I received excellent service with no wait time. If anyone gets turned away, it’s fine go somewhere else. They don’t have proper time management, professionalism or experience. My dog came out perfectly when we went to Eldorado pet grooming. I will never go back to PetSmart for grooming. It’s horrible and dirty.
