PetSmart Dog Training

Went 5/9/2024 to buy specialty cat food. The shelf was empty, but their store computer said they had 30 cans. They looked but couldn't find them. I asked when more would come in. The "boss lady" said she didn't know. I said why? She said they are ordered automatically. I said when? She said when they had no more. I said your computer says you have 30 cans so the computer won't order more. She said they'd fix that. So finally I said when? I got no answer. HOW CAN A MANAGER BE SO OBTUSE? Whose running the store? So I went home & ordered from Chewy! That's why people order stuff on line. Because store management people are incompetent.
