Don’t waste your time here. I purchased 2 levels of classes for my dog in a bundle in December. It is not March and they have pushed back the start date for the first class 4 times now. I was not alerted one of the times, showed up, and the trainer that they had originally scheduled me with, Jo, was extremely rude. I tried to get a refund of my money by calling the manager of Petsmart, she refused unless I came in and filled out a bunch of paperwork with the trainer that was assigned to me. I told her I didn’t want to have contact with her and she let me know that’s the only way she would issue a refund. I tried calling HQ in Texas to get them to issue a refund and they refused. Do not give them your business. I’m now out hundreds of dollars and I’ve been treated extremely poorly.
