PetSmart Dog Training

First time and last time at this store. I am a brand new pet owner. The young lady was uncaring could not answer any questions. I even asked if she call someone and ahe acted like that was a bother. I was going to sign up for training but I choose not to enter this store ever again. Horrible experience

Cannot get help! Asked multiple times for help in fish section. Gave up and left.

They have too many irresponsible kids working at these places. And they did a terrible job on my small dog, I don't even think they bathed him!! Barely cut his nails, did cut his pads, or his face or genitals. Service just has gotten worse and worse... which is really a shame bc the location is relatively convenient.

Brought undusted crickets from here and all were basically dead after 1 day in a corner on top of each other won't be getting my lizards food from here again

The employee & manager have no sense of urgency, we tired getting a bird and asked twice for help and had us waiting for a good while.
