PetSmart Dog Training

Where do I start. Being a first time pet owner, this was my first grooming experience. I ended up walking out with my puppy not being touched because Julia Marra was clearly having a rough day. From the moment she walked in she was not in a good mood. Angela was amazing as well as the other girls so petsmart did great by hiring them. Julia on the other hand, needs proper training when it comes to customer service and how to talk and treat people. Maybe Angela who has only been there for three months (according to Julia) should train her since she clearly has learned nothing being there for eight years. I ended up going to Petco in Patchogue who was so kindly enough to squeeze my puppy in. Funny thing is my now dogs groomer's name was also Julia but she was the complete opposite. She did an amazing job. So thank you. A blessing in disguise.
