Worst, horrible experience there’s no words to express how much we regret buying a bird from them. We bought a bird. Because he looks so sad and scared and that was the main reason why we had got him,( even some of the employees told us that the bird had arrived in bad shape, and they were trying to contact whoever provided them the birds ) his tail was so damage because they weren’t taking proper care of him. So we took him home after a few days with him, we noticing that he wasn’t eating and also one of his nostrils was clogged, so we call and asked them if they could give us any numbers for vets around here and explain why( we are new to the area) We Let them know the bird seem to be very sick and it had been only a week since we got him. They told us, that we could just return it but we didn’t wanna return him we wanted to save him and help him get healthier, seems he definitely wasn’t getting the proper care at that location. And after 17 days our bird ( peewee 🦜) died and we are so heartbroken!! 😢 , when we called and talk to the manager about all that had happened, he had no sympathy and seemed even annoyed at the fact that we were even calling them to tell them about what had happened. And told us that we were out of their 14 days policy and all he was able to do was to give us the store credit, we told him we understood but what really bothers us was the fact that when we told him, “ hey we hope after this you guys keep looking after who is providing you those birds that are really sick” he came back with a snarky attitude, and let us know and he hasn’t been contacting anyone because they don’t have any issues with the birds and told us that he has never heard of any complaints about the bird, when you can see on the video, the bird doesn’t look in the best shape and a week after he couldn’t breathe and he wasn’t eating, and he died not even three weeks after we got him, however, he didn’t seem to have an issue with the fact that all this was happening with the bird that we just purchased from them, the money wasn’t our main concern but the fact that they knew that they were selling animal that will probably not make it and had no remorse. We didn’t got the store credit because they wanted to keep the body and when we ask why? they say it was part of the policy and when we ask if he was going to end in the trash they agreed which that wasn’t what we thought he deserved so we went back home and just buried him we didn’t want store credit from a place that doesn’t care for keeping they animals healthy, I hope this helps so people don’t buy animals from them. Even if you want to save the animals, don’t buy it from them because they are only going to order more sick animals to keep making money out of them 🙁
