Staff do not get paid enough.
Placed an order for pickup. Arrived to pick up order. They said they stop pulling orders after 7p. I said I understood and the website does state that I must put in the order more than 2 hours before closing and if the website is wrong they should contact corporate and let them know. They said there was nothing they could do and would have to buy the item twice because my purchase would not be the system. I asked them to check, it was there because I ordered as the website directed, so they gave me my order.
Just a weird interaction. I'm assuming they don't get paid enough to care. And that's on cooperate to actually do something about that.

This place really is awful when it comes to grooming. The managers call out frequently as well as the groomers. My appointment has been rescheduled close to 5 times because their groomers continuously call out. Please do not take your pets here. They have zero level of customer service and can’t seem to get it together.
