If you love your pet don’t take him over there, we took our cat to take a shower and to be groomed and after we left him there they called us 20 minutes later saying that they can’t give him a bath because he doesn’t want to go to the water as it’s the first time for them to have an animal afraid from water, the cat was already not clean from playing in the backyard, so they said they did the grooming and they used this dry shampoo to clean him and they charge us $38 so when the cat came back home he was as dirty as he left nothing changed and the Manager that we spoke with was so rude saying we should let you know before we use the shampoo and she can’t do anything about it, they played us because we can’t see what really happened when we left our beloved cat for them but now we know what really happened and we will never deal with this place again.
