FirstBarkI ordered online yesterday for same day delivery and I'm still waiting on my order . So I paid extra just to wait another day that's if I get my order today. It was impossible to contact someone yesterday when I realized my order wasn't coming. So I decided to send a message and they told me they'll get back to me in 2 days. ITS SO FRUSTRATING

I like how stocked up they always are but their Mobile order pick up needs work. It's either not ready by the 2 hour mark or it doesn't notify you when it's ready. Employees never seem to find my order and I always end up having to go inside and help them. At that point I might as well just go inside and shop since it would be faster anyways. Normally employees are still polite but this last time they were very rude and acted like I was an inconvenience for asking them to do their job.
Nice staff good variety and treated our pet well
It's my place to go for grooming.
